Chris began her career 30 years ago at Campbell Ewald in Detroit with positions in research, network buying and media planning working on Chevrolet, Rockwell International, GMAC, AC Delco, Bridgestone Tires and Howard Johnsons. Chris returned to Richmond to serve as Media Director at the Restaurant Company, a large Arby’s franchisee, before becoming a Media Manager at Circuit City responsible for media for the Western half of the US with over $40 million in annual media billings. Chris left Circuit City to partner with Beth as co-media director at Earle Palmer Brown and went on to start Kinton & Stallings in 1996. Chris is a Virginia native.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
Beth Stallings

Beth brings nearly 30 years of media and marketing planning and buying experience to the team. Beth began her media career at McCann Erickson in Atlanta working on the Buick and Coca Cola accounts. When Beth returned to Richmond she was a media buyer for Mil Mor media, the in-house agency for American Home Products. She left Mil Mor to work for Circuit City becoming a media manager responsible for the eastern half of the United States and over $40 million in annual billing. Beth later moved to Earle Palmer Brown to become Co-Media Director on accounts to include the Virginia Lottery. Beth was responsible for creating the billboard campaign with changing jackpot amounts, which has now become a staple of lottery advertising across the country. For the past 18 years, Beth has been a partner at Kinton & Stallings, a marketing and media consultant firm with many national, regional and statewide accounts in Virginia including Nationwide Insurance, Virginia 529, Virginia Living Magazine, CapCenter Mortgage, SunCom Wireless, Medical College of Virginia Health Systems and ReBath to name a few. Beth currently resides in Richmond, Virginia.
Beth attended Vanderbilt University and graduated from Hollins University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
